Electronic SEF

Are you fed up with filling in entry forms by hand?  Here's an electronic version of the standard entry form (SEF) in Microsoft Word format.  To download it, right click here and then select Save target as from the pop-up menu.

To use the document, open it up using Word, type in your details, print it off and pop it in the post.  Hint: If you save a copy of the document with your details typed in then you can use it again -- with only minor modifications -- for future events.
