    Progressograms are an excellent way of
    seeing where you lost time during your run
    and how you got on against particular
    competitors.
  • Because we had to remove legs from the Brown and Blue courses, the progressograms for
    those courses look very odd and don't really let you get a sense of where you lost time.
    By doing a bit of data manipulation, we've managed to generate adjusted progressograms
    for those two courses.
