CLOK AGM 2020

CLOK's 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held by Zoom video conference at 7 p.m. on Thursday 15th October 2020.

All registered CLOK members will be sent an email notification of the AGM.  This email will include information about how to join the Zoom meeting and how to appoint a proxy if you can't attend.  If you have not received this notification by Thursday 8‑Oct‑2020, please contact Caroline Mackenzie.

If you are unable to attend the AGM, please consider appointing a proxy to represent you and vote on your behalf.  This will help to ensure that the meeting is quorate and can make the necessary decisions about the future operation of the club. You can use this online form to appoint a proxy.  You will need the verification code from the email notification of the AGM.
