CONDITIONS OF USE

1.	A valid Pay & Display ticket must be displayed within the vehicle.
2.	If your vehicle is parked within more than one designated parking bay, you must purchase additional tickets applicable to the number of parking bays your vehicle is parked within.
3.	Vehicles must be parked wholly within the designated parking bays.
4.	Valid Disabled Badges must be displayed in vehicles.
5.	Disabled drivers are permitted to park free of charge for 3 hours in non-disabled bays provided a valid Disabled Badge and time clock are displayed.
6.	The washing, cleaning or repairing of vehicles is prohibited in car parks.  Any person undertaking these activities is committing an offence.

A Penalty Charge notice will be served if any of the above conditions are not complied with.
