Controller's comments

We received some comments about the position of control 190, which was control #2 on the Black, Brown and Short Brown courses, and a number of people lost time there.  The Controller and Planners went back to the site, and the decision has been made to void legs going to this control but not those going away from it.

Initially, there were two depressions close together on the map, but as there is only one significant depression on the ground, we asked for one to be taken off the map.  It looks as if we asked for the wrong one to be removed, so the depression on the ground, where the control was placed, is about 10m NE of where it's marked on the map.  Also, it would not have been readily visible given the angle at which most runners were approaching.
