Couch2Green registration form

You can use this form to register for the Couch 2 Green course that will be taking place during February – April 2022.

Once you have completed the form, click on the Submit button at the bottom. You should then see an acknowledgement page that includes details of how to pay the course fee by bank transfer. Please make a note of the bank details before closing that page! If you don't see the acknowledgement page, or if you have any other problems with the form, please contact the CLOK webmaster.

Are you new to running? Note: Being completely new to running isn't a problem. This course is very suitable for complete newcomers.	Do you do any running now? Have you done any in the past?
