Every few years we need to sort out the CLOK store, check things that can be thrown away OR recycled, mend some other things to prolong their life and spring clean the equipment store.  Amongst the tasks are putting up half a dozen tents and deciding which ones to keep.

Weather permitting, we're planning to do this on the afternoon of Thursday 4-Jun-2026 starting at 2pm.

Following the working party activity, there will be a club social event, starting at 5 p.m.  If you're coming to the social event, please bring your own food and drink, and if you want to sit down please bring chairs or rugs.  There will be a barbecue available to use if you wish to cook on it – though we might need help getting it going!

After people have had a chance to eat, the club trophies for the year will be presented.  These will include the Joe Wright Trophy, the Paul Thornton Awards and another special award.

If you're planning to come along – to the working party, the social event or both – it would be helpful if you could let us know using this online notification system.  This will help with logistics ..... and make sure that we can contact you if we need to postpone the event if it looks like the weather is going to be unsuitable.
