CLOK is organising the White Rose Weekend Middle Distance event in Raincliffe Woods on Saturday 29-Aug-2026, and we need quite a few volunteers to help out on the day. If you're willing to do any of the jobs listed below, please contact Caroline Mackenzie via 07973-870529.

Free runs for helpers
As a thank you for volunteering, you will get free entries for the White Rose weekend as follows:-
If you're going to help, get the discount code from Caroline before putting your entries in via Racesignup.
Free camping for multiple-day helpers
If you're willing to help on other day(s) as well, contact Johny Booker. If you're helping on more than one day, you'll be eligible for free camping for the weekend. In this case, don't book camping via Racesignup. Instead, Johny will provide you with a campsite permit.
