If you are new to orienteering ......
Orienteering is an outdoor adventure sport combining running (or walking) with navigation. It can be enjoyed by everyone from fit, competitive runners to children and families. You can find out more about having fun while exercising both your body and your mind by coming along to this series of orienteering coaching / training sessions.
Please bring outdoor trainers, clothing suitable for running, jogging or walking, a warm jacket and a bottle of drink.
