Notes

1. As the offers and requests will be visible to anyone with Internet access, it is suggested that you do not include your address, home phone number or any other information that would allow people to identify which house is likely to be unoccupied during the event.  CLOK members will be able to get your contact information from the membership list.
2. It would be useful for your submission to include the approximate time that you will be aiming to get to the event, and the number of spaces that you can offer and/or that you need.  For example:-
   Alastair & Caroline Mackenzie
   Aiming to arrive at the event at about 11:30 a.m.   Can offer up to three spaces in our car, or would like a lift for two people.
