FIRST AID COURSE

Club member Colin Pocklington has kindly agreed to deliver a First Aid Course for CLOK members.

Colin is Red Cross trained and has a lot of background in First Aid relevant to orienteering events from his experience in the south of England. The course can thus be expected to be highly relevant to anyone intending to assist at club events.

This course is free to CLOK members.

Time:	7 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Venue	Upstairs Classroom, Sports Centre, Laurence Jackson School Park in the main school car park to the right of the school and walk across to the Sports Centre.
