WHICH VERSION OF OCAD?

You are going to be planning the courses for an event with more than five courses.

CONCLUSION:   You need to use the full, licensed version of OCAD 8.

You can't use the free demo version of OCAD 8, because it will only work with up to five courses.  OCAD 6 isn't appropriate because it doesn't have the flexible course planning facilities of OCAD 8.
