Location:

Event parking will be in the grounds of the Caedmon Secondary School at the west side of the high level bridge that carries the A171 over the Esk gorge.  The grid reference is NZ 896101 and the postcode is YO21 1QA.

From Scarborough, follow A171 into Whitby and turn left immediately after crossing the bridge.  From all other directions, follow the A171 into Whitby.  At the T-junction traffic lights, follow directions to Scarborough.  Take the first turning on the right into Caedmon School.

There will be a parking fee of £1.

Competitors aged under 16 on the day of the event may only run courses E and F.  This is for safety reasons.  There are road crossings on courses A - D.

Punching system:

SPORTident electronic punching will be used.

SI-cards will be available for hire on the day at a cost of £1 each.  Please look after your hired SI card as there will be a £30 charge for any lost SI-card.

Registration: 10 a.m. - 12 noon
Registration will be located in the building adjacent to the all-weather sport pitches at the rear of the school.
Starts: 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.        Courses close at 2:30 p.m.
Facilities: Toilets in the school buildings.  First aid at Registration.
Dogs: Well behaved dogs on leads are allowed in the school ground.  Dogs are not allowed out on the courses.
