    Apologies for the technical problems with the EMIT and the delay in getting the results published.   I trust that all the runners enjoyed their runs after the wait.  Thanks to Phill Batts for planning and printing the maps.  Thanks also to Joe Dobbs, Martin Adamson, Joan Adamson and Alastair Mackenzie for their help on the day
