Organiser's Comments
A great turnout of 36 riders (for the third time in a row!) – thanks to all.
I hope you enjoyed the ride. The weather stayed reasonable for the day, apart from the wind!! CLOK events in Winter 2007/8 seem to be so unlucky with this element!
Many thanks to Keith Foster for planning this event, giving me the opportunity to have a ride. This was a new area for us, and I think Keith did a great job giving us something to think about.
Thanks for your patience and understanding with the additional admin and with the signing out sheet. We all need to buy in to this, to satisfy the TCA's insurers – there is a risk that TCA events may become 'uninsurable', and events would be no more!
All being well, we will host another series next Winter. Any offers to plan or suggestions as to suitable areas in our 'patch' will be gratefully received. Full details will be posted at www.clok.org.uk.
